Strategic Organization Design Workshop, April 2022

Continental breakfast will be served each day starting from 7:00am. The workshop will begin at 8:30 am on Tuesday, April 5. On Wednesday through Friday, the workshop will begin at 8:00am. Lunch will be served each day about noon with various breaks throughout the day. The session will conclude on Friday about noon. There will also be one hosted reception and dinner on Tuesday, April 5; on all other nights, participants are on their own for dinner.

• On or before 1/1/22 the cancellation fee is $250.00.
• From 1/2/22 to 1/31/22, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
• Registration fees are non-refundable for cancellations received after 1/31/22 and for no-shows.

• Confirmation that attendees are not exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19, nor are they under isolation or quarantine orders (All attendees must complete “Trojan Check” – download app).
• Verification of vaccination/testing status. All attendees are required to either be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or to have had a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of the start of the workshop.
• This workshop will require masks indoors and outdoors for all attendees, vaccinated or unvaccinated. Masks should be worn at all times when individuals are not actively consuming food or beverage. Un-vaccinated individuals must maintain a 6’ physical distance from those outside of their household while consuming food or beverage. Anyone refusing to comply with mask requirements is subject to removal from the workshop.
