Program Description
Develop your skills to ensure successful organization design activation
This course is only open to individuals who have already attended Part I: Strategic Organization Design Workshop.
Some of the more complex design challenges occur after the organization chart has been communicated. Activating a design successfully that results in sustainable competitive advantage is a formidable task. In this highly interactive, practical program, participants will learn how to apply and leverage activation-related frameworks in addition to the frameworks and tools learned in the Strategic Organization Design workshop. Real-life case studies will be used to highlight applications.
Program Details
Continental breakfast will be served each day starting from 7:30 am. The workshop will begin at 8:30 am on Tuesday, June 11. The workshop will begin at 8:00 am on Wednesday and run through Thursday. Lunch will be served each day at about noon, with various breaks throughout the day.

Cancellations
- On or before 5/13/24, the cancellation fee is $250.00.
- From 5/14/24 to 5/27/24, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
- Registration fees are non-refundable for cancellations received after 5/27/24 and for no-shows.
