Ever feel like you are in a rut in meal planning? Resorting to the same meals and take-out or looking into pricey meal subscriptions? Overwhelmed by complicated recipes and long prep times? In this class we will be reviewing strategies to add delicious healthy options into your weekly snacks and meal plans that can be prepped ahead of time to simplify cooking.
This will be hands-on prepping whole foods that will fill your fridge with beautiful, grab and go ingredients for snacks and quick meals that will keep you away from fast food, processed snacks and expensive meal subscriptions. Then we will use those ingredients to make a quick healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner.
