7:00pm Drink orders and Oyster Shucking Lesson
7:15pm Guided Oyster Tasting
7:30pm A Strange Bird server will take orders for dinner
7:45pm Dine with pals while enjoying an Oyster Presentation, including history, species, growing regions and culture, as well as practical tips for serving oysters at your next gathering.
8:30pm Questions and Conversation
Tickets include Oysters for the shucking lesson and tasting. Strange Bird and Shoyu Shop Cocktail and Dinner menus will be available.
