5 mile Trail run starting and ending in Stowmarket Recreation Ground.From 7:30 PM there's a free concert by Stowmarket Concert Band on the Recreation Ground. Food and Drink a available (including a bar) plus Stocks Funfair will be on the Recreation Ground.

All Welcome! Children shpuld be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Written route instructions will be provided on the night - so no maps to follow.
Free to attend - collection on the night towards Carnival Funds.
Route curated by experienced Trail Runners using parts of local Trail routes and Stowmarket Striders Runs.
