About this Event
This intimate tasting series hosted by Nahoko Press will honor legendary Tokyo coffee master Katsuji Daibo. Coffee freshly roasted by Mr. Daibo will be brewed in his signature nel drip style and paired with Japanese green tea and exquisite sweets from Kyoto and Tokyo artisans. Each tasting will be followed by a talk.
A rare chance to savor, reflect, and bring a piece of this tradition home. The tastings will take place in a private room on the 27th floor of the Transamerica Pyramid.
Ticket price includes a signed copy of 'A Daibo Coffee Manual'. Handcrafted coffee tools, including faithful reproductions of Daibo’s iconic pot and flannel filter, will be available for purchase.
