Storytime: "Bakery Dragon" with Galen
Join ASATT Community Initiative for a fun and interactive storytime event with Galen Feaster at A Seat at the Table Books! Along with a childhood favorite of zers, "The Berenstain Bears and Too Much TV," Galen will read "Dot. Unplugged," all about finding joy in a day away from screens.
As we all seek new ways to create and build community after the election, events like this are crucial. This in-person event is perfect for kids and families looking for a safe way to connect with others who share their vision of everyone having a seat at the table.
About our volunteer: A Computer Science student at CRC, Galen (ze/zem/zer) enjoys video games, tabletop games, reading, drawing, painting, and hiking. Ze often visits River Bend Park to hike for a few miles, or will walk a mile or two in zer own neighborhood. Ze plans on one day programming zer own video game.
