We have a special Storytime guest visiting us, author/illustrator Stevie Russel with her newest book, “How to find a Mermaid”. Join Millie and her Daddy on their boat adventure. Help Millie as she searches for mermaids and experiences being on a boat for the first time. Millie learns that with a little courage, even new and scary things can lead to the most amazing adventures. Stevie Russell is an artist and author/illustrator based in Tannum Sands, Queensland. She works primarily with watercolour, ink, and digital media to create whimsical, expressive illustrations that bring stories to life. Her work is inspired by the natural world, everyday moments, and a deep love of storytelling. With three published books, she continues to build a creative practice that blends art and narrative in playful, heartfelt ways.
