Throughout this workshop, led by Michelle Collins of This Whole Life, we will discover where the stories we tell ourselves originated and how we can reclaim or rewrite them.
Kyann Pepper will join us in leading a sensual movement sequence, using just our bodies and the floor.
Using journaling, movement, and shared experiences, we will take steps to become the authors of our own lives.
What to bring:
Pen
Journal or Notebook
Pillow or blanket if you wish
Comfortable clothes
