August’s Storytelling @ the Kerouac House will be on Saturday 08/23 from 7-9pm (doors 6:30) and will feature Ross Tarr. As usual, Victoria Dym will emcee and tell. A storytelling open mic will follow the featured stories.
Ross Tarr is the Executive Director and Storyteller at Suncoast Storytellers, Inc. A Florida Non Profit. Ross is delighted to celebrate Jack Kerouac in story and will tell about his early years, when Jack was a lad known for his piety and athletic ability, not for the written word.
There will also be an open mic (each story 5-7 minutes, sign up at the event). Refreshments and snacks will be served at intermission; wine and beer available at the cash bar. Come to listen and/or tell! There will be limited seating - tickets $10
