INTERACTIVE WORKSHOP
"ONCE UPON A STORY"
10-11.30am
Join Australian storyteller, Anna Jarrett, in an interactive workshop which explores how our memory and imagination shapes the stories that we tell and live by. We’re wired for stories and the stories that we treasure and tell are a clue to our cultural identity and sense of belonging. Anna will guide you through the process of tapping into stories that are important to you, drawing from lived experiences and imaginings in our hearts, minds and souls. With 35 years of experience as a storyteller performing around the world and facilitating community story programs, Anna will share some of the ways into story through life story work, oral history, cultural traditions, guided visualisations, music, song and wondering.
