Workshop Overview:-
Storytelling is a significant part of our lives, from chance conversations in different settings, reading books, watching a Show on stage or screen, our own family’s or personal life stories and events, news or documentaries etc. it’s a way to share and learn ideas, values and practices. Stories bring people together and create connections.
Stories can take many shapes and forms too and during the session we’ll explore various vehicles and styles.
About Chris North:-
Chris trained in drama and has worked in different roles including teacher and social worker in child health. He now runs his own company, ‘Freedom Through Fun’ which includes storytelling and story making.
Most recently he’s been the storyteller at the Queen Bee Festival Arundel; throughout the launch of the large willow figure of Ascarpe the Giant at Q.E.11 Country Park; weekly stories for families at The Chapel Graylingwell and is the Christmas storyteller at The Guildhall Chichester on December 10th.
He’s passionate about the importance of being creative and having some fun in our lives.
