Every 3rd Friday of the month, Canopy & the Roots opens up their speakeasy to any and all singers-songwriters to bring their best in a supportive space of local music as C+R presents the Storyteller’s Open Mic Competition. Each act has up to 15 minutes to showcase two of their original songs, and two winners will be chosen at the end of the night by a panel of judges plus the audience vote. Sign-up is free and done exclusively online via Google forms to secure your slot.
