Drink Pairing: South Tampa Mami - Hendrick’s gin, cucumber, basil, & serrano cordial, Serrano pepper, lime
Second Course:
Gulf Oyster Rockefeller - creamed kale, crisp prosciutto, parmesan, toasted panko, lemon beurre blanc sauce
Drink Paring: The Dirtiest Martini - Hendrick’s Neptunia, Carpano Dry vermouth, brine
Third Course:
Braised Providence Beef Short Rib - roasted jalapeno and cheddar polenta, giardiniera, pea shoots
Drink Pairing: Prison Wine - Hendrick’s Orbium, Campari, cabernet & vermouth syrup, Peychaud's bitters, lemon, muddled grapes
Dessert:
