This 30-60 minute class is designed for children ages 2-8 and their caregivers. You are more than welcome to bring younger children along. We will go through a short book and enjoy yoga or games! This class is designed to teach children yoga & mindfulness; all while having fun.
*Children may not be dropped off OR left unattended*
