HCA students are invited to dress up as their favorite storybook character on October 30th. We ask that all costumes be based on characters from a storybook and encourage students to bring a copy of the book the character is from as well. Be creative with these costumes but please no masks, weapons or scary characters. We want this day to be a fun day for everyone!
*This is not a Halloween costume event, it is strictly to be based upon a character from a storybook. If the costume is not appropriate for school, the student will be asked to change.
Google has several great ideas for costumes and students may group together to be different characters from the same book if they wish. For example: the characters from The Wizard of Oz, Charolette's Web, or a nursery rhyme.
