Story Share is a storytelling guild which is open to adults and teens. The purpose of the guild is to promote storytelling. If you want to learn about storytelling or tell a story or just hear stories, come and join us!In June, Story Share will be partnering with MPL's Nonfiction and Social Justice Book Clubs to discuss storytelling, its role as an art form and its ability to effect change. The Non-Fiction Book Club will be reading 'How to Tell A Story: The Essential Guide to Memorable Storytelling from The Moth' and the Social Justice Book Club will be reading 'Octavia's Brood: Science Fiction Stories from Social Justice Movements'. You don't need to read either to join, though - we just hope to see you there, whether you're a teller, a reader, or a listener!
