Palestine, a land adorned with ancient olive trees, resilient people, and a captivating landscape, has a history dating back to before 10,000 BC. It is the revered birthplace of Jesus and holds deep significance for Muslims, Christians, and Jews. Join us in Calgary as we host various events highlighting the enduring spirit of Palestine, featuring its beautiful and resilient people, its incomparable history, and its rich art and culture, along with the ever present reality of the Palestinian plight against the brutal Israeli occupation.
Join us for an enlightening Story Night as Palestinians share their experiences, offering a glimpse into daily life of Palestinians, its culture, living in diaspora, displacement, and the challenges posed by the brutal 75-year Israeli occupation and current genocide in Gaza. We welcome people of all backgrounds who are just beginning to learn about Palestine and are interested in exploring the rich tapestry of Palestinian culture and history.
