Come hear 8 terrific tales from local talented storytellers, including a whopping 4 making their Story Extreme debut on 5/13: the never-a-dull-moment Neville Waters, the mesmerizing Molly Kelly, the just fabulous Joseph Price, & the sensational Syeed Abdul-Rahim; plus the rousing return of the scintillating Shamyla Tareen, the bodacious Bex Novak, the remarkable Rodney Remson, and the joyful Joan Rodano. Some are wildly funny, others are moving and thought-provoking, and all are absolutely true. Hosted by the OG hard-core story gangsta herself, Stephanie Garibaldi. These entertaining & compelling stories will not only give you plenty to talk about later, but are guaranteed to make you feel better about your own addictions. Murphy's is metro-accessible via the King St Station on the Blue Line, & parking is much easier than you'd think. There's a fair amount of street parking on Monday nights, plus multiple public parking lots within a few blocks of Murphy's that charge $5.
This venue is on the 2nd floor of Murphy's, and due to their location in historic Old Town, there are no elevators, so sadly, it is not accessible. Sorry, we're working on it.
