South Texas Off-Road Mountain Bikers (STORM) hosts this free monthly kid's ride on the dirt trails at McAllister Park. This is a great opportunity for parents and children alike to get out on the dirt trails and see how fun mountain biking can be. Kids will learn basic trail skills and trail etiquette during this introduction to trail riding. Participants will meet at the McAllister Park practice fields parking lot near the bike skills course and pump track (https://goo.gl/maps/3w4oyB9vvkBN3XUG7) and the event will last from 9:00am – 11:30am.What to bring:

- Helmet
- Closed-toe shoes

- Insect repellant
This event is “weather permitting” and dependent on trail conditions for the protection of the trail system. Updates and cancellations will be posted on the "STORM South Texas Off Road Mountain-Bikers" Facebook page and on the STORM website events page (https://stormmtb.org/events-calendar).
Parents or accompanying adults will need to sign a liability waiver for themselves and their child before the ride and accompany their child on the ride.
