STORIESTRONG XIVNovice 3-Lift Powerlifting Competition!
Sunday 8th of December, 2024.
This will be Storiestrong's 25th competition, it is a raw and open, novice competition, where no affiliation/federation membership is needed. ANYONE CAN COME AND LIFT SOME TIN!
Entry is FREE for spectators.
Where: Storiestrong HQ - 22a Storie Street, Clontarf
When: 8th of December 2024
Weight In: 24 hour weigh in available between 8am and 11am on Saturday the 7th of December.
Lifters Brief: Kicks off at 8am sharp.
Lifting: 9am start to approx. 2pm finish
Squat:
AMFX Warlord Competition Monolift
25kg Okie Squat Bar
Bench Press:
AMFX Dominator Competition Bench Press
20kg Goliath Power Bar
Deadlift:
20kg Goliath Deadlift Bar
All lifts will be with Goliath Calibrated Competition Plates.
RULES:
- Soft suits allowed, but not required
- Enclosed Shoes must be worn
- Long socks/Leggings MUST be worn for deadlifts
- Wrist wraps, and Lifting Belt ARE allowed
- Lifting straps and figure 8's ARE NOT allowed for deadlifts
- A T Shirt must be worn for Bench Press, but is not necessary for Deadlifts.
