That experience shaped his perspective as an "out of the box" thinker and consultant. Amer is the founder of Communication Essentials LLC, Lancaster-based consulting and language services company.

Hear from former refugees about the impact of welcomers in their lives, how they’ve become welcomers themselves, and the role you can play in welcoming newcomers in Lancaster. Join us beforehand for an optional meal provided by a refugee or immigrant owned restaurant.
