About this Event
Join us in the James Joyce Centre for fireside stories, songs and tall tales for little legends on November 16th. Featuring actor, singer and storyteller Wren Dennehy and friends. Children can sing along to the tale of Molly Malone and the Puca will come to life in word and song with plenty of interaction. Our seanchaís will be bringing to life colourful tales with myths reimagined for modern ears with specially commissioned story by Children’s writer Dave Rudden. The Salmon of Knowledge embodies the timeless pursuit of wisdom and curiosity, encouraging children to explore the world with open minds and hearts. Through this tale, children will celebrate knowledge and learn the value of perseverance, the power of learning, and the joy of sharing knowledge to foster a brighter, united future.
Tickets €5 per child include admission for 1 adult, please contact us if more than one adult needs to attend.Please note the event is on the second floor and children will be seated on cushions (with chairs for adults nearby).
