Featured Book: The Black Geese: A Baba Yaga Story from Russia retold by Alison Lurie and illustrated by Jessica Souhami
You'll see many Baba Yaga stories represented on objects in the exhibition A Thousand Nesting Dolls. In this suspenseful (but fun) tale, Elena's little brother is taken away by Baba Yaga's geese, and Elena must face her fears to search for him in the great dark forest. Join us for a story about one of Russia's most famous folk characters.
