Host: Erika Napier, CSP, CHST
Info: Erika Napier brings extensive safety management expertise to the classroom as a Corporate Safety Manager at East and Westbrook Construction. With multiple professional certifications including CSP, CHST, & various OSHA certifications, she specializes in construction safety, policy development, and regulatory compliance.
Erika holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Health & Environmental Safety from Eastern Kentucky University & maintains active memberships in several professional organizations including the National Association of Women in Construction & the American Society of Safety Professionals.
Her diverse experience spans multiple construction environments—from chemical plants to electrical substations—where she conducts site inspections and often delivers safety training.
Erika's practical approach to safety combines technical knowledge with real-world application, preparing students for the challenges of real life.
