Stop the Bleed & Emergency First Aid. When: Feb 28th, 2026

Location: Heston's Gladiator Academy, located at Sports Zone, 3909 SW Burlingame Rd, Topeka, KS 66609
We will start with the national Stop The Bleed program, (a certificate will be issued) which focuses on identifying, and stopping life threatening injuries, with an emphasis on proper tourniquet usage.
Emergency First Aid focus on major trauma. We will cover expanded tourniquet useage, including improvised tourniques, and the SWAT-T. Also covered: sucking chest wounds, and use of a trauma dressing.
We will be training in various lighting conditions, including total darkness, and low light.
NOTE:. We will be using wound simulators, and you will get bloody!! Wear something appropriate.
