This session is part of Wirral Mind's Autumn/Winter Wellbeing sessions. Please note - when you have booked a ticket through eventbrite, we will ask you to complete an additional booking form. Maybe you worry about letting others down when you focus on your own needs?
Are you going above and beyond to please others, just to feel like you truly belong? Or perhaps you feel tired and taken for granted from always giving too much?
If these patterns feel familiar, then this introductory workshop offers a safe and supportive space for you to explore people pleasing patterns and the impact they can have on your relationships and wellbeing.
What we’ll be covering:
- Defining people pleasing behaviours and why they happen
- How people pleasing impacts relationships and wellbeing
- Mindset shifts that support healthier personal boundaries
- Respectful and clear ways to say ‘no’ without feeling guilty
- Dealing with difficult feelings in a healthy and balanced way
