Founded by artist on the rise Tom Penny, Stonehill is a collective of UK hip hop artists hailing from the Surrey town of Redhill. Core crew - TP, TheMightyGaffa, AidyHD, Jayedee and DJTcut - are on a mission to build a creative community in their hometown, and bring people together through hip hop and live music.
More than just a collective, Stonehill is a movement. The group have set their sights on taking their life experiences and using them as a motivator to shine fresh new a light on the raw talent coming out of Redhill and the surrounding areas. With a range of styles within the collective there is something for everyone - From deep storytelling and surrealist imagery, to introspective lyricism all over a range of classic hip hop instrumentals. Still in its infancy Stonehill was created less than a year ago, and yet the group have already performed to excited crowds in London, Kingston, Guildford, Brighton, Birmingham and Bristol. The future is looking bright and beautiful for Stonehill… Expect big things!
