This is a collective stream-of-consciousness journey of Self discovery and actualization facilitated through mysticism, mediumship, intuitive coaching, Spirit-led support, and channeled guidance.
Cody of Stonehaven will be offering a guided somatic experiencing and sound healing meditation to open and close container. These meditation and embodiment modalities are designed to help regulate the nervous system and create space for deep reflection and integration.

Bren is a medicine woman, self-care practitioner, heart walker, and consciousness critic. As an embodiment of the Divine Mother, she holds grace and compassion in her core. Cody’s journey in the world of healing arts has been marked by his deep exploration of embodiment practices. His recent focus encompasses somatic inquiry, polyvagal theory, and nervous system regulation. Through his roles as a Thai bodyworker, movement facilitator, and space holder, Cody is dedicated to crafting environments that nurture self-discovery, stimulate creative expression, and reveal the essence of one's true nature.
