Join us for the 9th annual Stonegrinder 7K Trail Run at Grindstone Nature Area on February 7, 2026! This beautiful 7K (4.3 mile) course will challenge you with diverse terrain, including rocky single-track dirt trails, grass trails, and a shallow water crossing. The race will start and finish at Capen Park. All participants will receive a finisher item (TBD) and post-race food. The race is chip-timed and unique, handcrafted awards are given to the overall top male and female finishers as well as the top 3 males and females in each age group (19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over).
$40 advance registration is required. Max 125 racers. Register online at https://tinyurl.com/dmra8cfe, or call 573.874.7460 or 573.874.7700. Registration closes at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, February 6, 2026 (or when we meet the 125 max). There will be no race day registration.
Weather Policy: In the event of inclement weather or unsafe trail conditions, the event will be postponed to February 21, 2026.

7:45-8:50 a.m.: Packet Pick-up at Capen Park, 1600 Capen Park Dr.
9 am: Race begins
9:30 a.m.: Post-race food available
11 a.m.: Race course closes
