Welcome to Stone Soup at Vaughan's Lounge! Join us for a cozy evening of good food and great company at the iconic Vaughan's Lounge. Each evening will include a variety of snacks from Oaxaca, specials on mezcal and beer, a screening of our award winning film, a cooking demonstration, and world famous Stone Soup served with mouthwatering quesadillas, salsa de molcajete, and lots of love straight from Oaxaca, Mexico.
Schedule:
4:00pm: Chefs Victor and Sem heat the sacred stones and describe the history of the pre-hispanic recipe
5:00pm: DJ, Drink specials and snacks from Oaxaca
5:30pm:Thank you/acknowledgement of sponsors and special guests
5:45-9:45pm: Soup served to ticket houlders on a first come first serve basis at community tables, family style
10:00: Event wraps, guests are invited to stay and enjoy the jukebox, drink specials, and to chat with the visiting artists
