Based right here in Downtown Lititz, Stoll & Wolfe works to preserve the legacy and reputation of Pennsylvania Distilling and Ryes, and we can't wait to share these time-honored creations with you. Chef Drew is working to source as many local ingredients possible and we'll release the menu in the coming weeks. Please note that reservations are required and can be made by calling 717.626.2115.

• Welcome Cocktail: Pennsylvania Rye
• 1st Course: Single Barrel Rye
• 2nd Course: American Whiskey Blend
• 3rd Course: Rosen Rye 4 Year
• 4th Course: Rum Cask Rye
Dinner Menu:
• 1st Course: Seared Halloumi with Trifoliate Orange Marmalade, Roasted Jimmy Nardello Peppers, Smoked Nardello Paprika, Pistachio Crumble
• 2nd Course: Bacon-Wrapped Monkfish with Honeynut Squash Purée, Smoked Garlic, Brown Butter, Sage
• 3rd Course: Smoked Leg of Lamb with Watermelon Molasses, Purple Sweet Potato & Sunchoke Hash, Marjoram
• 4th Course: Pear Dumpling with Anise Caramel and Orange Mascarpone Ice Cream
