
About this Event
Classes at the 1909 Culinary Academy combine a hands-on cooking experience with delicious tasting experiences.
Making home made stock, soups, and sauces doesn't have to be difficult. In fact, it can be a great cold-day activity and a way to fill the freezer for future meals on the go. We're biased, but we think Chef Scott is an expert in this area and he is very excited to share his tips and techniques for making the most flavourful stock, soups, and sauces that you'll fall in love with.
Please bring your own reusable containers and water bottle to help us reduce the use of single use plastics.
