Agenda for each:Confirm previous AGM minutes
Receive and confirm the Annual Report and financial statements
Elect members of Executive committee
President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary
Confirm membership fees and any joining fees for the 2025 season
Additional agenda item for Football/Netball meeting:
Elect general members of committee (note these general members will be required to hold specific roles to share the load, roles can be job shared and will be determined early 2025)
We will be bringing the operations of the two clubs back together for the 2025 season to provide a greater Club experience for everyone. See the draft committee structure in the event. This will be refined early 2025, and job descriptions developed.
Any paid member of the Club is encouraged to attend, and vote.
