The Stirred Society: a series for the cocktail curious.
This month, we’re partnering with The Singleton Whisky for something a little nostalgic and entirely delicious. Sip, Dunk, Discover is an immersive masterclass and tasting experience that reimagines your favourite childhood treats through the lens of Singleton’s smooth single malt.
Hosted by one of Singleton’s brand ambassadors, you’ll rediscover the comfort of biscuits, teas, and hot chocolate and transforming them into bespoke warm or chilled cocktails that are as inventive as they are indulgent. Think Hobnobs, Jaffa Cakes, Bourbons, and buttery shortbread — all reinterpreted in a glass.

Arrival
Ease in with a Shortbread Old Fashioned and a tasting to get acquainted with Singleton’s signature style.
Infusion Workshop
Create your own whisky or syrup infusion, choosing from nostalgic biscuits and spices like cardamom, cinnamon, and nutmeg – your flavour story starts here.
Tea Lab
Explore ways to incorporate tea flavours into cocktails through home-made syrups cordials and syrups and more. Choose between shaking up a classic cocktail or a pouring a winter warmer – a moment of creativity and sensory play.
Singleton: Shaken or Stirred
It’s time to incorporate your ideas, flavours and creations to build your signature Singleton serve. Learn about the difference between shaking, stirring or building your cocktail and finalise your creation. Prizes are up for grabs as you put your imagination and palette to the test!
Expect warmth, play, and a touch of whisky-fuelled wonder, all wrapped up in that signature Stirred Society spirit.
