Come along to our Transition Information Evening where you will have the opportunity to learn what Transitions might look like for your young person.
The evening will include presentations from ARC, Mailers Solicitors as well as information stands from Stirling Carers Centre, Contact and ILF! We also hope to share stories of real life transition experinces .
Come to Raploch Community Campus and connect with professionals and peers who can provide support, advice and tools.
