Such a great experience! My husband and I enjoyed a class with Chef Kathleen as a date night, and it was so much fun. She not only led us through the process of making dumplings, but also shared so many tidbits of information that we felt like we learned a lot and also got to try some delicious food! The class was very informative and the rolls were tasty. I would have liked to have a couple of options. Some people don't eat seafood. Kathleen was nice and knowledgeable.
