Oklahoma Book Award winner Sheldon Russell will sit down for a cozy interview with OSU's Dr. Mary Larson. Afterwards, Russell will sign copies of "Listen" for the participants of Stillwater Reads. There will also be door prizes!
This event is a part of “Stillwater Reads,” the Stillwater Public Library’s eleventh community-wide reading series taking place during September 2025. The featured books include “Listen” by Sheldon Russell, for adults, and “Nowhere Better Than Here” by Sarah Guillory, for youth (recommended for grades 4-7). Readers interested in participating can pick up a free copy of the books starting August 18 (while supplies last). Adults must sign up to attend a book discussion to get a free copy of “Listen.”
“Stillwater Reads” is funded by the Friends of the Stillwater Public Library. Books are provided courtesy of the Amazon Think Big program. Additional support is provided by the Oklahoma State University Library, the Oklahoma Historical Society, Block 34, Meridian Technology Center, and Stillwater Public Schools.
