A 5RHYTHMS® JOURNEY INTO STILLNESS(For English version see below)
Når året nærmer sig den mørkeste tid, inviteres vi indad.
Til at give slip på tempoet, lade lyset dæmpes og mærke det stille, levende rum inden i.
I dansen kan vi opdage, at stilheden ikke er tom – den er fyldt af liv.
Vi bevæger os gennem lag af spænding, modstand og hvile, til vi begynder at mærke stilheden som noget levende.
Her kan du falde ind i dig selv, ind i roens rytme,
og måske ane det sted, hvor intet mangler.
Med de 5RYTMER (flowing-staccato-chaos-lyrical-stillness) bevæger vi os gennem kroppens indre landskab —
fra det jordbundne og rytmiske til det åbne og uendelige.
For at mærke, hvordan det forgængelige og det uforgængelige allerede danser sammen i os:
pulsen og pausen, kroppen og rummet, åndedrættet og det, der ånder os.
Dette er en invitation til at udvide din væren —
til at finde vejen ind til den dybere stilhed bag al larmen,
og opdage, at stilheden ikke er fravær, men nærvær.
Et sted, hvor kroppen kan hvile, sindet kan slippe,
og du kan mærke forbindelsen til det, der altid er.
Ingen forudsætninger er nødvendige – kun et åbent sind, en nysgerrig krop og lysten til at mærke, hvad der sker, når alt falder til ro.

**A 5RHYTHMS® JOURNEY INTO STILLNESS**
As the year moves toward its darkest time, we are invited inward.
To slow down, let the light soften, and sense the quiet, living space within.
In the dance, we may discover that stillness is not empty — it is full of life.
We move through layers of tension, resistance, and rest, until we begin to feel stillness as something alive.
Here you can drop into yourself, into the rhythm of calm,
and perhaps glimpse that place where nothing is missing.
Through the 5Rhythms practice we travel the inner landscape of the body —
from the grounded and rhythmic to the open and infinite.
To sense how the perishable and the imperishable are already dancing together within us:
the pulse and the pause, the body and the space, the breath and that which breathes us.
This is an invitation to expand your being —
to find the path into the deeper stillness behind all the noise,
and to discover that stillness is not absence, but presence.
A place where the body can rest, the mind can release,
and you can feel your connection to what always is.
No previous experience is needed — only an open mind, a curious body,
and the willingness to sense what happens when everything comes to rest.
