Join us for a nourishing half-day retreat into the heart of presence.We’ll begin in stillness, grounding with guided meditation to settle the mind and open the heart. From there, we’ll move into a mindful asana practice — flowing with breath and attention to awaken the body and connect inward. We’ll complete our morning with a second period of seated meditation, integrating the movement and quieting the system before re-entering the world.
This Sunday morning retreat is designed to replenish your inner reserves, clear mental fog, and deepen your connection to stillness — both in movement and in rest. All levels welcome.
Instructors: Shivaji and Sarada Erickson are co-founders of Om Ananda, long time students and teachers of meditation, and lead yoga teacher trainings.
