What is a sound bath?
A sound bath uses instruments like crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and tingshas to create deep, resonant tones that help align the body and mind through vibration. The crystal singing bowls correspond to the seven chakras, which harmonize the body’s internal energy systems, bringing balance and healing.
