As we settle back into the routines of fall, and the busyness and stress that the season can bring, mindfulness practices offer a way to cultivate our inner listening, filter through our habitual patterns, thoughts and behaviours, and unearth our true nature of being. Each week, we will gather together for one hour.
For the first half of the class, we will engage in mindful movement, exploring creative sequences, expansive postures and our inner sea of sensations. For the second half of the class, we will transition into sitting still, exploring different meditation techniques to slow down, become present, alert and relaxed, and find a pathway to greater harmony and ease. This class will be an anchor to your week and an inspiration to engage fully and freshly with the world around you.
