Start the new year with connection, comfort, and joy as the Walla Walla Symphony and Mid-Columbia Mastersingers present Still We Sing.This program pairs Mozart’s Requiem, written at the end of his life, with Mass: A Celebration of Love and Joy, a gospel-inspired work full of rhythm and energy by Dr. André J. Thomas.
Dr. Thomas will guest conduct the concert, joined by vocal soloists NaGuanda Nobles (soprano), Nicole Sonbert (mezzo-soprano), Roderick George (tenor), and Robb Harrison (baritone).
Still We Sing is dedicated to the memory of Sharon L. Thompson, a cherished member of the Walla Walla Symphony family for more than 60 years.
