Still life drawing with Blak Botanics

Join us for a captivating afternoon of still life drawing with Blak Botanics. In this intimate setting as we provide you with artist-quality materials to sketch stunning native botanics. Curated by the talented First Nations florist and artist, Nadine from Blak Botanics, the intricate set will captivate your imagination.

For two hours immerse yourself in the art of sketching, and learn about the fascinating world of Native flora and gain insights into the inspiring vision of Blak Botanics. Take home with you new insights into native flora and your artwork framed and ready to hang. Whether you're an experienced artist or just starting, all skill levels are welcome to participate and delve into the wonders of First Nations botanics.

Location: Aboriginal Art Co, 89 Grey Street, South Brisbane.

Participants are invited to bring along something botanical - a flower, seedpod, branch, anything that is foraged. Please ensure that you ask permission if foraging from others country or place. Unleash your inner artist, connect with nature, and create a masterpiece that embodies the essence of Blak Botanics' vision. Participants will also enjoy some light catering for this event.
