Initial exercises prepare participants thoroughly and efficiently for full and flowing movement sequences, with a diverse soundtrack spanning abstract and popular music. This class is ideal for older movers, or those seeking a gentle return to dance after illness or injury.Experienced teachers guide participants to explore and practice a broad range of movements at their own pace, standing or seated. Sequences are designed to maintain and improve coordination, balance, memory, flexibility and strength.
