Still Center is a Zen community (sangha) without walls, open to all people worldwideA blend of traditional Zen meditation with dharma talks, discussion, one-on-one koan introspection, and chanting service. We welcome you to learn more about Zen, or if you are interested in taking a deeper dive into formal Zen ritual and practice, working with a teacher, or taking the precepts, please join us.
If you have never sat silent concentration zazen meditation, please RSVP and arrange for beginner’s instruction. We will be happy to help you start your path to a meditation practice.
