What is Sticker Therapy?
Sticker Therapy started in Japan as a creative mindfulness practice — people use stickers to decorate journals and pages as a way to relax, express emotions, and find calm through art. The process is simple, repetitive, and soothing — like meditation, but with color and creativity.
At The Coop, we’re bringing that same chill energy to our youth co-working space. Enjoy good vibes, soft lighting, and a relaxing playlist featuring lo-fi beats, mellow acoustic tracks, and island chill music to help you unwind while you create.
💰 $6 per sticker card (choose your design on site; purchase extras if you like)
👯♀️ Bring a friend and hang out in our safe, youth co-working space — open to ages 15–20.
🎨 No experience needed, just come to relax, create, and connect.
