Stewartby Water Sports Club Discover Sailing Day - 2023

Ever fancied sailing? Our Annual Open Day - Discover Sailing - is a chance to explore the facilities we offer, speak to our members, and give sailing a go! With experienced sailors on hand, you'll have the opportunity to head out onto the water and experience the joy of sailing. Our galley and bar will be open offering light refreshments throughout the day. More details to be released closer to the event.

Terms and conditions:

1. This ticket cannot be exchanged, transferred, or resold for commercial gain
2. Visitors may be filmed or photographed during the event. By attending, you are giving permission for any filming of photographs of you to be used by SWSC Ltd. for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please alert a member of the club during the event.
3. For the safety of the Open Day, SWSC Ltd. reserve the right to refuse admission and may, on occasions, conduct security checks
4. Please check your ticket before you arrive. The SWSC Ltd. cannot be held liable for any mistake you have made by not checking your ticket.
5. SWSC Ltd. reserve the right to alter or vary the timings or content of the event due to circumstances beyond our control (such as weather or COVID-19 restrictions). If the event is cancelled, SWSC Ltd. cannot be held liable for any costs incurred as a result of the cancellation.
6. SWSC Ltd. cannot accept financial or other responsibility for any loss or liability incurred by visitors to the event as a result of any contracts entered into while at the event.
7. SWSC Ltd. cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to personal property while at the event.
8. The sale of products or services at the venue by anyone else other than SWSC Ltd. shall not be permitted unless prior agreement has been received by SWSC Ltd. SWSC Ltd. reserves the right at their absolute discretion to confiscate any such items and refuse any services to take place for infringement of the condition.
9. Pets are allowed at the event however they must be kept on leads at all times and will be refused entry to the clubhouse, with the exception of any assistance dogs. Pets will also not be allowed directly into the lake or in any craft which is afloat.
