We will provide special focus on the following areas:
- Differences between the various conveyance documents – Quit Claim vs. Warranty Deed, Bargain and Sale Deed, and more.
- When and why certain security documents are used, their insurability, and how they are released – Deed of Trust vs. Mortgage, Release vs. Reconveyance, and more.
- Other misc. documents, such as Power of Attorney, Covenants, Easements, Agreements.
This class will allow you to build professional knowledge to expand on your acumen and share insight that is valuable to your clients.
