We will provide special focus on the following areas:
- In a situation regarding death, what is the lack of probate/heirship affidavit and options to passing title to the heir of an estate.
- In a situation of divorce, what is the community property and separate property and how do we transfer title by a quit claim deed or other.
- For liens and judgments, how is an identity affidavit used to clear numerous matters against a common name and how/why they show up on title.
